Tony Morales, along with co-composer John Debney, has been nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Music Composition for a Miniseries, Movie or Special (Original Dramatic Score) for his work on Hatfields & McCoys; a three-part miniseries which aired on the History Channel in late May and pulled in a record-breaking 13.9 million viewers!

John Adair and Steve Hampton are working on a couple of TV shows for Disney and are excited for their theme song for “Don’t Trust the B in Apt 23” (ABC) to resume this fall for another season!

We have a new release out today, which is a collaboration by Emoto Artist, featuring Los Angeles indie singer-songwriter, Joe Gill.

Joe has grabbed the attention of music supervisors with his charming brand of indie/folk/pop. He is one of hotel cafe’s featured artists.. Indie blog, Ill Chill Pill just picked up their cover of Bill Withers’ “Ain’t No Sunshine” and published an interview with Opus Orange frontman, Paul Bessenbacher. Here is a free download for you! And feel free to add to Facebook, twitter and tumblr. We brought Opus Orange into Doner last fall and ended up getting a Fiat license on about four spot.

Our own Ryan Elder scored Cartoon Network’s pilot called Rick & Morty, about a genius inventor and his less-than-genius grandson and the life journeys they share.

The 30-minute project hails from Dan Harmon (Community, Channel 101) and Justin Roiland (Mr. Sprinkles)

Tony Morales has been working on a three-part mini-series on the history channel called “The Hatfields and McCoys” starring Kevin Costner and Bill Paxton which premieres Memorial Day weekend!

Emoto’s Tony Morales just finished the trailer for Far Cry 3! Check it out! =)

In the next couple of weeks Opus Orange will be releasing a limited edition CD! The package was hand pressed in Brooklyn, NY by the Coraholly Press and there were only 500 made.

The CD will feature all tracks from the first EP along with “Crystal Clear” and a brand new unreleased track featuring Lauren Hillman.

Ryan Elder just composed for a series of short webisodes called “Googy” which won seven awards at the L.A web series festival including best theme song and best composer this last weekend!
